Important Shipping & Payment Notices

Packaging:

• Do NOT use bubble mailers. Improper packaging can cause damage or loss of gears.

• Please send parts clean and free of oil. Cleaning fees may be charged if gears arrive excessively dirty.

Shipping:

• The shipping address will be emailed to you immediately upon form submission. Please package carefully to ensure safe arrival.

Payment:

• Payment is due upon completion. If payment is not received within 14 days, gears will be kept as cores.

Order Tracking & Status Updates:

• You will receive automatic email updates at every step of your repair. Please do not send messages asking for order status, as this slows down the workflow and delays everyone’s repairs.
